3 Bedroom Cottage in Beach Haven

Our small cottage has been featured in Country Living Magazine twice.
The cottage is located in back of the main house inside its own separate fenced in area. It is just one short block from the beach. Seven night minimum during summer months mid June thru Labor Day
This three story unit features a third floor bedroom with a king size bed. The spacious second floor has a PASS thru bedroom which has two queen beds. The full bath with tub, shower, toilet, sink and washer/dryer is located on the second floor. Bed linens and towels are NOT supplied. The first floor has sofa in the small cozy living room area. A simple kitchen with appliances, cookware and dishes is on the first floor as well. The unit has central air conditioning thru out and flat screen televisions in both bedrooms and in the living room. Free wireless internet is provided as well as free NETFLIX movies. Outside there are two separate patio areas with dining tables, lounge chairs and a gas grill, outdoor shower all within a fenced in yard.
There is no need to drive your car once you are here. Within walking distance is Fantasy Island Amusement Park and Water Slides, Bay Village shopping, Surf Light Theater, Maritime museum, and great restaurants and cafes.
A children's pirate boat and charter boat fishing are also available. Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy the tennis courts, bicycle rentals and many water activities such as kayaking, jet skis and more.

Summary: I cannot say enough about how thrilled we were with our time at the Cottage. My two girls (8 &10) and I spent last week there for our end of summer getaway. The cottage was just perfect for us! The cottage has a fabulous location and is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, markets, shopping and the amusements. One of my favorite things about spending time in Beach Haven is being able to walk everywhere and the cottage’s location did not disappoint. The cottage itself was beautiful, clean and had a well stocked kitchen and extras for use like beach chairs, umbrellas, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. The two outdoor spaces were the perfect places to share a meal, drink my morning tea or enjoy a cocktail after the beach. We are looking forward to making our stay at the Cottage an annual tradition.

Summary: Great little cottage in beach haven. Perfect for couples. Close to beach and the best part is the cottage has its own private porch. The AC works great and sleeping is comfortable. The driveway is reserved for the cottage which is great! While the kitchen is a bit small, it worked perfectly for our needs. Highly recommend!

Summary: Everything about our stay was wonderful! From the beginning the host was super easy to get in touch with at any time leading up to our stay. Once we arrived it was perfect from the start, the pictures don’t do this beautiful cottage justice. The location is ideal, steps from the beach and minutes from town. I will be looking to rent this exact cottage every year! Absolutely lovely!
